January 26, 2012 Economic Forecast with Greenpearl Events
Over 250 people joined CCIM for in-depth analysis and discussion of prospects in 2012 at the CCIM Real Estate Forecast. Attendees included investors, owners, developers, financiers, and other principals and deal makers, who participated in the interactive event, held at the New York City Bar Association on 44th Street in Manhattan.

October 26th, 2011Chapter Luncheon Meeting
Our guest speaker was Howard Davidowitz, Chairman of Davidowitz & Associates. Howard spoke on the economy and the retail climate, as well as politics. The lunch was held at the Cornell Club of New York City, and Chapter elections were also held.
June 16th, 2011 Chapter Luncheon Meeting
Headlined by Buddy Norman, President of KW Commercial USA, the NY Metro CCIM Chapter presented a panel on Commercial Retail Space. The luncheon was held at Bowlmor Times Square, 222 West 44th Street, in the stadium restaurant with Executive Celebrity Chef David Burke. Some pictures are below.
April 21st, 2011 Chapter Luncheon Meeting
Robert Knakal, chairman and founding partner of property sales firm Massey Knakal Realty Services, gave a compelling presentation on Building a Service Business. He captivated the crowd of Real Estate professionals over a lunch at the Cornell Club, 6 East 44th Street. Robert offered 24 lessons that he had learned over his successful 27-year career, and shared some experiences, both humorous and valuable, with all in attendance.

Nearly 45 attendees heard Mr Barbieri, the Northeast Director of Acquisitions for TIAA-CREFF discuss commercial real estate. The afternoon included the swearing in of the New Chapter officers.
